Our school is open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 3:00PM. Families have the option of sending their children to school three or five days per week. The first day of school is typically the Tuesday after Labor Day and the last day of school is in early June (dates TBD).

Tuition is paid through ten monthly payments, due the first of every month (August - May).

Emergency contacts. These contacts will be a back-up if the parent is not available in case of sickness, injury, or emergency (parents are to complete in Brightwheel app)
Health Appraisal (signed and dated by child’s physician) and current Immunization Record.
* Exemptions are granted for medical and other objections, provided that the waiver forms are properly prepared and signed. Forms for these exemptions are available at Kalamazoo County Health and Community Services. To make an appointment, please contact (269) 373-5198.
We use Brightwheel, a secure, online system for receiving tuition payments. Instructions and links to set-up will be included. Gift of Grace Montessori operates on the tuition and fees paid for services. It is the responsibility of each family to ensure that tuition payments arrive on time. There is no reduction in fees due to illness, absence, emergency situations, or inclement weather.
