Our school is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 3:15pm. Families have the option of sending their children to school three or five days per week. We follow a 10-month instructional calendar. The first day of school is the Tuesday after Labor Day and the last day of school is the Friday before Memorial Day. Vacation bible school camps are hosted during the months of June, July, and August.

Emergency contacts. These contacts will be a back-up if the parent is not available in case of sickness, injury, or emergency (parents are to complete in Brightwheel app)
Health Appraisal (signed and dated by child’s physician) and current Immunization Record.

We use Brightwheel, a secure, online system for receiving tuition payments. Instructions and links to set-up will be included. Gift of Grace Montessori operates on the tuition and fees paid for services. It is the responsibility of each family to ensure that tuition payments arrive on time. There is no reduction in fees due to illness, absence, emergency situations, or inclement weather.
